Help & Support

Quick answers for using Kororā - whether you're listing an item or browsing one someone shared with you.

Can't find what you need?

For sellers

Listing, editing, and posting items with the Kororā app.

Is the app free?

Yes. Both the Kororā mobile app and the web app at korora.app are completely free to use. Each device gets a generous 50-listing limit - plenty for casual sellers, garage sales, or moving house.

Kororā is built and maintained by a solo creator. If you'd like to help cover ongoing AI and hosting costs, tips are always appreciated, but entirely optional. Tipping automatically upgrades you to a Sponsor and adds an extra 150 listing generations to your account.

Do I need an account?

No. There's no sign-up or registration required. Each install is tied only to an anonymous device identifier - see our Privacy Policy for full details. Simply install the app and start snapping photos.

What countries and languages are supported?

The Kororā app is available in English (US, UK, AU, NZ, CA), German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and Russian. It fully supports local currencies and region-specific marketplaces.

If you're located outside these primary regions, you can still use the app. While the app interface will default to English (or any of our supported languages if set on your device), Kororā will still automatically detect your local currency and generate your marketplace listings in the native language set on your phone.

Currently Supported Countries:
Angola, Argentina, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belarus, Belgium, Belize, Bolivia, Botswana, Brazil, Cameroon, Canada, Chile, China (Mainland), Colombia, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Czech Republic (Czechia), Denmark, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Fiji, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Ivory Coast (Côte d'Ivoire), Jamaica, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mauritius, Mexico, Moldova, Mozambique, Namibia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Nigeria, Norway, Pakistan, Panama, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Senegal, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Trinidad and Tobago, Turkey, Uganda, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates (UAE), United Kingdom, United States, Uruguay, Uzbekistan, Venezuela, Vietnam, Zambia, Zimbabwe.

Can I change my language or currency?

Yes. Tap the info icon in the top right corner of the app, then select Language & currency to choose your preferred language and currency.

Note: This setting determines the language and currency used to generate your marketplace listings. The app's interface will continue to display in your phone's system language (or default to English).

How do I create a listing?

Tap Create your first listing on the welcome screen. Take or upload up to three photos of your item, then tap Create listing - that's it!

Photo tips: we recommend a front shot, a side angle, and a clear photo of the brand label if applicable. A single photo works great too.

Voice note (optional): record a quick voice memo (up to one minute) detailing the item's history, condition, or any specific details you want included in the description.

How long does listing generation take?

It takes about 10 seconds to generate your listing details. You don't need to wait for it to finish - you can keep snapping photos and queuing up new items right away while the app works in the background.

Why did my listing fail to generate?

First, check your internet connection and try tapping Create listing again.

If your connection is stable but the generation still fails, your photos or voice note may have triggered our safety filters (such as for items prohibited under our Terms of Service). Make sure your images are clear, well-lit, and focused strictly on the item you are selling.

If the issue persists, open the listing, scroll down to the bottom, and tap the Report a problem link so we can look into it.

Can I edit a listing?

Yes. Every field is fully editable. Tap on any text box to modify the title or description, update the condition, change categories, or adjust tags.

Note: If you'd like to update your listing on the korora.app website, please remember to click the Post button below.

How do I adjust the asking price?

Kororā's AI automatically suggests a market price based on your photos and the item's condition. You can keep this estimate or adjust it manually. Remember, AI pricing is just a helpful suggestion - always set a price you're comfortable with.

Can I download my listing photos?

Yes! But you might not even need to. If you take photos using the Kororā in-app camera, they are automatically saved to a dedicated "Korora" album in your phone's gallery. (Photos you pick from your existing gallery simply stay where they are).

If you do need to download a photo manually:

  • On the web page: Tap the download icon in the bottom-right corner of any photo to save it directly to your device.
  • In the mobile app: Tap the icon in the photo's top-right corner to open your share sheet, then select the "Save image" option.
Why do my photos look low quality on the website?

Don't worry, they won't stay that way! To get your sale page online instantly, Kororā temporarily displays fast-loading preview images. Your final, clear photos are simply finishing their upload in the background. Just wait a minute, refresh the page, and your crisp, web-optimized photos will appear.

How do I copy listing details?

Individual fields: tap the copy icon next to any specific field (such as the title or description) in either the mobile app or the web app.

Full listing: use the single-tap copy option to grab the entire listing format for pasting elsewhere.

Full catalogue / CSV export: on the web app (desktop or mobile browser), you can copy your entire inventory or export all listings into a single CSV file.

How do I delete a listing?

Tap the trash icon next to the listing name, or at the bottom of the listing details page. You'll be prompted to confirm, as this action can't be undone.

How do I report an issue with a listing?

Tap the Report a problem link at the bottom of the listing screen.

How do I post or share my listings?

All listings stay strictly local on your phone unless you choose to publish them. To share them online:

  1. Tap Post inside the mobile app.
  2. A unique web page (hosted on korora.app) and a custom QR code are generated for your items.
  3. Share your page link anywhere - via WhatsApp, social media, or directly with buyers.

Publishing is completely optional - you can still use the app purely to generate listing details and manually paste them into marketplaces.

Why isn't the web page showing my listings?

You need at least one active listing created to generate a page. If you just tapped Post, allow a couple of minutes for your mobile app to finish syncing data to the web view.

Why isn't my web page updating?

Any changes made in the mobile app - like adding new listings, editing details, or updating prices - stay stored locally on your device until you manually publish them.

To sync your updates to your live web page, tap Post in the mobile app again. Once tapped, give it a moment to upload and refresh your public catalogue.

Why have my listings disappeared from the web page?

There are two common reasons this might happen:

Inactivity (90-day expiry): to keep listings fresh and catalogues relevant, public pages that haven't been updated or re-posted for 90 days automatically expire from the web view. You can easily republish them anytime by opening the mobile app and tapping Post.

Moderation: listings that violate our Terms of Service or receive repeated reports from buyers may be reviewed and removed by a moderator.

Where can I sell my items?

Kororā is an AI-powered listing creator and catalogue host, not a closed marketplace. You can cross-post your items anywhere:

  • Popular marketplaces: tap your country's integrated marketplace shortcuts directly in the mobile app or web page to quickly paste over your listing details.
  • Direct catalogue link: share your generated korora.app link or printed QR code across neighbourhood groups, social channels, or yard sale signs so buyers can browse your full collection.
How do I mark an item as sold?

Open the listing in the mobile app, scroll to the bottom, and tap Mark as sold. Your public web page will immediately reflect this with a "Sold" badge. If a deal falls through, return to the same spot and tap Relist.

How do I download my QR code?

Tap the Post button in the mobile app, then tap Save QR code directly beneath the code image.

How do buyers contact me?

If you cross-post to standard marketplaces, buyers reach you through those native platforms. For your Kororā web catalogue, you can optionally provide an email address, WhatsApp link, or phone number so visitors can contact you directly. All contact fields are optional.

How do I edit or remove my contact details?

Tap the Post button and select Edit contact info. Alternatively, tap the info icon in the top right corner of the mobile app and select Edit contact info.

How do I print a flyer?

Tap Print Flyer at the bottom of the app, fill in your sale details (headline, date, location), and tap Print. Your device will format the page and open your native printer dialogue.

How do I save a flyer to share digitally?

Tap Print Flyer, enter your sale details, and select Save. A high-resolution image of your flyer is saved straight to your device, ready for social media or message groups.

How do I delete my public shared page?

Delete all individual listings within the mobile app, then tap Post once more to update and clear your live public catalogue.

How do I contact the seller?

Tap the Message the seller button on the listing. This displays the contact channels the seller has chosen to share - such as WhatsApp, Email, or Phone/SMS - and opens your selected app with the item details already pre-filled. If the seller hasn't enabled any direct contact options, you'll see a "View full listing" link instead.

Is it safe to buy through a Kororā link?

Kororā is a listing platform, not an escrow or payment service. We host the catalogue page, but we don't process payments, handle shipping, or guarantee transactions between buyers and sellers. Treat any purchase like a standard private sale:

  • Meet in a well-lit, public location.
  • Inspect and test the item thoroughly before handing over money.
  • Never pay advance deposits or use unfamiliar, non-refundable wire transfers.
Why does the link say the listing isn't available?

This usually means the seller has marked the item as sold, deleted it from their catalogue, or the page has expired after 90 days of inactivity. Once removed, a listing can't be recovered through Kororā - reach out to the seller directly through your existing chat if you're still trying to complete a deal.

How do I report a listing or page?

Tap the Report Content link at the bottom of the public page to flag potential scams, prohibited goods, spam, or abusive material. Our moderation team reviews every submitted report.

Still stuck? We read every email.
